Applications

The flexibility and durability of polyurethane floors make them ideal for sports facilities and places where children especially love to play.

Special systems make floors safer for health, provide comfort to users, are easy to maintain and fail-safe. Their durability means they do not require frequent service. This will certainly satisfy both the property owners and their users.

Advantages

  • A PU floor has no seams, looks sleek and is easy to clean.
  • Polyurethane is more elastic than epoxy and will not crack (under normal conditions).
  • It can also be applied over an existing wood floor due to its elastic and crack bridging properties. Usually, however, this floor must first be reinforced with a leveling fiberglass layer.
  • Can be used perfectly well with underfloor heating.
  • Polyurethane floors act as sound absorbers. An additional damping layer can provide even better acoustics if desired.
  • Ideal for those with house dust allergies.

Maintenance

A big advantage of cast floors is very easy maintenance. Due to its smooth surface and impermeability, impurities have no chance to penetrate the synthetic resin floor. Just swiffing is sufficient for daily maintenance. If you are going to vacuum the cast floor, use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush, e.g.. A parquet brush: it has soft bristles that prevent scratches in your cast floor. Weekly with a damp mop with cold or lukewarm water.
